It was such a pleasure to attend the second annual American Short Fiction Summer Workshop in Austin during Memorial Day weekend!

My instructor was the renowned Kristen Arnett, while the other group was headed by the equally genius and generous T Kira Madden. It’s hard to express how lovely this week was, thanks to the incredibly invested, thoughtful, intelligent, and compassionate participants and staff.
